I got the same message. Still waiting for my $60 order too and the seller hasnt sent any pm yet to my problems in the previous post. Website is shady asf with no option to withdraw back your fund and the slow customer service. Hopefully the seller/author of this post can post an update.

I have a pending order since the 14th of may, made a ticket the 25th and got a 'is in progress' response.
The panel went down and has now changed to something else, I have no way of knowing the status of my order.

Update: The reworked site has added an authentication feature but i cant seem to login with my credentials (before the rework). It says that no account found with that email when i click on forgot password.

 

There were no news about the website rework, no communication whatsoever from email, the website or this thread. OP dont respond to PMs too. Either this is scam or OP had the worst customer care in the world but based on the situation the former might be the case. Scam report might be a good thing to do too.
