I'm updating to say @ggmostwanted answered my ticket and problem has been solved.
I ordered the $59 package for AI powered websites. Overrall good build quality, some things need to be tweaked but it's a definitely a good basis of work that saved me a good chunk of hours.
However, I don't know if I'm missing something, but the description also said 1 SEO article was included as well as 1 advertising asset per site, yet I didn't receive this or didn't see it.
Will be waiting for indication on this then update but overrall good service quality.
