This method is not working for a long time, please do not post this just to build a new account
method still has worked for me in the past, don't know what you're on about, just did it a week ago aswell to get a new case. works just fine in US, quit trying to bring other people's rep down because you have no self appreciation in life other than the 13 year old scrawny white boy virgins on this site, because you white knight everyone.

I literally tried it 2 days ago, CS ask for photo proof of all 3 products with written information on a paper. Feel free to try yourself before replying. (do some research before critizing, on a new account)

You're not supposed to talk to a CS, it should be a automatic process from the website where you fill out a form and just pay for shipping. Clearly you did something wrong, I did this last month and it worked fine.

you misunderstood: I did not talk to them: as usual checked out with credit card (which I had done that before when it worked last year, but now:), got email from CS asking for the photo, Im experienced in nulled and like u said it is automatic, so nothing could have done wrong.
Below is the email from Otterbox, to prove this, feel free to try urself again:
Thank you for submitting a warranty claim. Your claim has been forwarded to another department for review. Before we can send your replacement(s), we need further information in order to validate your recent warranty request.
If you would like to proceed with the claim, please reply directly to this email with a photograph of the damaged item(s) you need replaced. Please ensure your photo has the following requirements:
All components of the product(s) laid out flat and in full view
For claims with multiple products, please include all items in a single photo
Screen protectors can remain on the device if damage can be easily seen
A piece of paper next to product(s) with your handwritten name and today's date
All photos submitted in .jpeg or .png format
Once your photo is submitted, please allow up to 72 business hours for a response. Please reply directly to this email if you have any questions.
We look forward to hearing back from you.
