Getting Error in Open Bullet

Hello i am trying to test a Call of duty  open bullet configuration . I am getting an error FAILED TO RECIEVE THE RESPONSE FROM THE HTTP-SERVER 's.activsion.com'  can any one please tell me why this error is coming and how should i resolve it . Please Tag good site for paid proxies and Combos or any person who can teach me this.
