don't ever get good credentials automatically anymore. always have to wait a few days for a reply to a ticket and even then have received non working credentials. says you have automatic system to check for abuse, how about use that same system to check to see if your providing valid credentials to begin with. unsatisfied.

Both the first account details and replacement didn't work ;/  which sucks cuz it's either the accounts are being recycled or old logs.

Have you raised a ticket on the website? We never recycle accounts, so it may just be a bad batch of accounts in general.
