Hi Guys I need your help maybe you guys can help me ? 
I just needed a Hwid Spoofer, than i bought accidentally a life time subscription for game ? wtf it was bought by mastercard for info.
after that I wrote the DEV/Admin that i bought by mistake and can i get a refund he answered me no on our tos you cant.
Any advice that i can refund or should i call the bank or something ...
literally Im scammed 700€ and i need this money back.. I need help.

You can't get a refund on the time you spend.
There are a couple different ways you can approach this situation.
1.) You can call up your bank and ask them to cancel the card.
2.) Threaten the site owner, and just tell him you are going to cancel the card and report it as fraud.
3.) Just deal with your mistake as its a good lesson. If you used it at all that does make you guilty though.
