REFUND'S IN GERMANY

 

Hey, i just began with refunding first was Zalando and it was super easy, was a partial refund now i told my friend to order some PC stuff over Amazon so we can try to refund it too

we have 2x Motherboards, 2x SSD and 1x Power Supply 
it was 2x Motherboards in 1 Package and 2x SSD + Power Supply in other Package 

 

Package was left at a neighbor's house.

So my Idea would be the SAFER ONE to only Refund 1 Package and say the box was empty and send the other package back

 

My Second idea would be to say that it Did Not Arrive to keep all the items

or  can i simply say that both boxes came empty? xD im a big noob and need some good help/tips would appreciate it! Also if there is a German Speaking guy doing Refunds in Germany too that can be my Mentor i would be happy ^^(Having big connections here with many people where i can buy/order stuff at)

also i wanted to wait 1-2 Days to start the Refund bc i saw every refunder does that for some reason

Refund only 1 package as the order is too big already, you should never make an order more than 3 items if you want to refund it

 

If the package is more than 300euros , do FTID . Empty box is trash method

How does FTID work or is there any who does that for $?
The order is 550 Euro total, aged personal acc never refunded

 

Also if i do DNA do they not ask the neighbour? bc on the Delivery is cleary said neighbour on Floor X, with Name/Last Name X

shouldnt have ordered that much since the 2 boxes is gonna mess it up. you can DNA one box but just keep the other and take a half L or return the other and keep the one you said DNA
