need help for a calling and audio service

I might want to start a refund calling service / audio verification service (female)

 

I need a few suggestions, what should I use for calling? Skype? Should I let the buyers provide something? What should the pricing look like?

 

Is a service like that even allowed here?

there was a girl in the past doing it, dont believe she still does. 

i mean you just do calls for people so its allowed. 

 

i also did calls once for amazon and i charged 20$/€ per call and you can charge a similair or higher amount + you can speak multiple languages
