I was fat as fuck. I am 20 years old, and was around 118 KG (260lbs) and dropped to 86,6 KG (190lbs). I lost 31,4 KG (66lbs) in in 8 months. I'm still fat, but I am 184cm tall so it's not that visible, but still VISIBLE lol. My goal is 78KG, meaning I have 8 KG left. I am glad that I managed to do it, because I used to fail numerous amount of times
