It's actually full of aqua leechers spamming requests or begging for accounts. People now upgrade just to access it and request all day long.
I don't have any precise idea of what to change, but a 'premium' section isn't in my opinion supposed to be as LQ as it is right now.

I guess you could just remove the premium requests. If people want accounts, they can buy it from many forum users cheap.
