Best Choclate cake (restaurant lvl)

This is one of the best choclate cake, if not the best.

Since im in EU, all mesurements is in Grams and Kilos.

I have a lot of diffrent recipies, so if you need something specific, you can try to write to me and I will make a post.

This cake is good to have in the freezer and you can keep it for around 1 year befor it begins to lose flavor.

It will last for about 1-2 weeks in the fridge, if you havent eaten it befor that is
