As mentioned on discord, this is not about whether the plus accounts pay or not. This is about how the tool was initially offered, the fact that the transcript was deleted (never saved and ticket closed) so we have no way to determine you did not falsely advertise and therefore we have to assume the weakest link in the chain is the one telling the truth (much like it would be apples fault, if a mistake was made on their website, and not yours for not “doing research about the product”). In this case, him, as the weakest link, should receive a refund for the reasons aforementioned:
1) we cant know whether you falsely advertised, be it on the listing or on your server, or within the ticket.
2) you are not going to offer any type of guarantee for the payouts and therefore, claiming plus accounts are good for botting after allegedly claiming they do not work (as he says was mentioned on the deleted ticket) would constitute a risk to him. If he bots for a month and gets 10$ in payouts because the accounts are considered free on the website.. what then?
3) as i explained on discord, its your responsibility as the provider and the one who manages the transactions and chats, to save a copy of the transcript for any purpose that would benefit you, or your customer in the future. Its not your customers responsibility to save screenshots of everything you say, in case you deny having said that in the future. It would not be logical for me to demand evidence from somebody who obviously has none due to the fact that his ticket was managed and deleted by you prior to him opening this report.



As I told you on discord as well, its always the responsibility of the seller to save documentation of the chats, in case it’s needed in the future. It costs 10$ a month to pay for a premium ticket tool and it benefits you more than it does your customer.


A full refund should be given to him, as the claims you made cannot be verified. Obviously, access to the tool must be revoked as well.

Thank you for allowing me the time to take stand here @Lucas

I have sold 1k iheart premium accounts to @Mizzy at a price of 60€.

The accounts were both All access and plus mixed, which @Mizzy was aware of BEFORE Purchasing.

At first the bot did only support All Access accounts but was quickly updated to support Plus accounts as well  by Application.
Days which have been missing due to the update would be added to his subscription right after.

2. Both Subscriptions are eligible for premium payout from iheart

3. My part(selling premium accounts for iheart) has been fulfilled by me 

4. As well as Applications par(selling a bot that works for premium accounts) have been fulfilled in this case. 

5. The bot is fully operational with the sold accounts 

 

The very important part here is, that @Mizzy was fully and 100% aware BEFORE purchasing, that the accounts are  not only full access but also plus accounts

The account seller even was "approved" by Application to have working accounts for the bot, which wasn´t the case. Bove, Application and iRock clearly never tested their bot with those accounts and only tested the bot with full access before and the "working" accounts from irock have simply no use for the bot, because iheart works like that: There are 3 subscription plans: Free, Plus(which is only available on mobile and isn't supported on web, so there is no use and arent fulfilling the description: working accs for the iheart bot.) and lastly full access, which are the only working premium accounts for the bot. Application also offered me a refund for the accounts before this report but irock never sent it

 

He now deleted all of his messages with me on discord after i told him to refund me today.

 

I also think he edited some of his messages before deleting them, you can see here https://prnt.sc/105uuj4   it says "they are mixed both plus and all access", he then changed it to "they are mixed" before deleting it.

1. Both accounts work with the bot and pay from the premium payout pool according to the screenshot I sent.

2. I deleted all messages for account security reason

Were do you read that they were approved for the bot?

They are fulfilling the description as both account subscriptions are working with the bot(which I did not guarantee in the first place but doesnt matter cause they are working with the bot)

 

Also: Proof has been posted by @Application that both accounts are working. I posted an official statement that both accounts are premium accounts and pay accordingly better than free subscriptions.

 

TLDR: The Bot is working with both subscriptions. The sold accounts are premium, just as advertised

1. Please read the messages from above. Its not about royalties.

 

2. That’s a stupid excuse and makes it more difficult to find out when you edited your messages.

 

3. The deal was to get working premium accounts on Apptools-Server. At the time that I bought the bot, free accs aka plus accs weren’t supported on the iheart bot, because they show ads and only can skip 5 times/day. This makes the bot including the accounts useless for anyone. You mentioned that the accounts were approved by Application to work with the bot. This isn’t the case because you both never tested the bot with plus accounts before. (You even told me that you never tried the accs by yourself/never used the bot). This doesn’t make it “working accounts for the iheart bot”, so its false advertising. Why would I need free accounts which don’t work and like mentioned multiple times before weren’t supported and suggested from Application, because he said that frees aren’t worth it(Don’t pay much/show ads, limited to 5 skips, so they would be only able to play around 1/5 songs/day than the bot was capable to.
The ”proof” that both accounts were working has been added yesterday after realizing they are 2 completely different types of accounts, so that claim doesn’t make sense as this update has been pushed to let it look like something has been fixed. (free/premium)
Application wrote in the ticket that its not the bots fault(which we solved above) and that it’s the account sellers fault and he should be the one that will replace me with for the bot working accounts. iRock wasn’t able to provide a replacement, so the only option is a refund.
