I bought the iheart-radio bot from @Application over a week ago and did not get it running until now. Before buying the bot, I got promised to get a supplier for premium iheart accounts that work with the bot. (Can´t show a screenshot because Application is closing my tickets after every sentence I write)
So, I bought the iheart bot from him for 300$ and 1k iheart premium accs for 60$ from @irock (someone from the staff).
I instantly test it out but the bot just kept closing every thread, so I test the accounts by myself and the accounts simply didn’t work. It´s because iheart offers the plus subscription only on the phone and on web it would be 1:1 to the free version, as a lot of ads play and you can only skip 5 times, so it would not make any sense to use these accounts. The bot did not even support these accounts since it showed them as free accounts. I checked more accounts and finally got 1 out of 50 accounts that were full access accounts, and which works on web.
I told them that their bot does not work with plus accounts because they can’t skip and show as free accounts. They didn’t even know that plus accounts aren’t premium on web, even tho it was advertised like that. “The bot supports plus and full access accs”
They then said that they would be working on an update for the bot (btw I was one of the first that bought the bot, so there were prob already people that realized that the bot is not working like advertised.) The bot is limited to be bought from 10 people, which has just been changed to 20 recently, and I have not heard any vouches from people that got it working. After a few days they realized that they made a mistake and plus accounts aren’t supported, so I asked them if they are still capable of delivering the promised working premium accounts for the bot, but irock said that it isn’t possible.
The condition for buying the bot was to get a premium account supplier for the bot, which couldn’t be fulfilled. They are now telling me to just use free accounts, but at the start they said that free accounts don’t pay anything (a very small rate), and they wont support them on their bot. As its not possible for them to fulfil the deal, I just want my money back for the bot (300$) and the 1k accounts from irock(60$). Today after realizing that it was wrong what they advertised and promised, they updated the bot to support free accounts (which like they told me before don’t pay much and show ads all them time and do not support skipping a song). So, there is no use of the bot then.
The bot has a skip option (f.e. after every 90sec), so its obvious that the bot is not working on free accounts, as iheart only allows 5 times to skip a song and block you after that. Application didn’t know that before, so he advertised it, as if the bot would support this skip feature.
There is no reason to have such a bot without premium accounts. I would not have bought the bot if I wouldn’t been promised to get an account supplier, as its pretty easy to make such bot in BAS(BrowserAutomationStudio) for free.
They always close my tickets and are difficult to talk to, so I decided to make this public and solve it with nulled.

First of all, i never promised you anything. I made an announcement to all my customers, that iheart was avalaible for 10 copies lifetime and that the accounts which work with it are All access.

I did my research and i warned all users equally you have no excuse. Also that claim you do about it being changed to 20 is a lie , the sale was always 10 users max (Read ps).

Besides all of this information i posted, that ensured that you need to have all access accounts,i still had it present in my plan in the website as you can see here: https://i.imgur.com/0J0811q.png

The user was never promised an account seller by me, as i don't sell accounts nor he has proofs to support his claims. Also it is not specified anywhere that i ensure he get's an account supplier, after all, if the user go read my terms of use on my site, he will see all my tools are educational purpose and i would never endorse any purchase of illegal goods neither would i sell them.

 

User  opened a ticket  1 day ago only, were he complained that his accounts are plus and are popping ads and that if it does not work he wants a refund, where i told him that thoose accounts play a free and as specified in announcements and in the plans, only all access can play playlists and tracks. However, yesterday, i launched a new update which allows even plus accounts to play Radio. Which at this point i even helped him in the sort that his accounts are not useless. 

 

Now let me explain something, the user in question bought a tool that is exclusive a week ago: https://i.imgur.com/4bWfMZt.png this is the plan day started and he never complained so far.
User already used the tool for a week, and as a policy of security on my end i do not refund users who buy a lifetime exclusive tool, as since it's unique, nothing guarantees me he won't try to replicate the exact functions.  If the tool itself was not working, i would surely offer him his money back, but this is not the case, all other users are doing good with the BOT and miz seems like hes finding excuses after 1 week to get a refund.

At this point i suspect he might be with outlawz and was simply trying to copy cat my BOT.

What i suggested the user , was that if he want to play playlists he should find all access accounts. It's not the bot fault and it's neither my fault as i never promised any supplier as the OP is claiming.

 

 

PS:  I did close your tickets because on my end you did not ask for any help, you were complaining for accounts that you did not bought on my server neither were sold by me, i which i replied to you anyways and i closed ticket after you didnt answer anymore. It is not a request for support and if it was you would have been assisted via remote help like all other users. And do not compare BAS to my BOTs, my BOTS are custom coded. That just proofs you are just trying to find excused right now. 

Also in website it was 20 copies, but was typo as plans are disabled already at 10.

At this point you can see all accounts are working with our Software, and since his accounts are valid and still login, i don't see a reason why a refund should be provided as he already has the other user account list, and already saw important BOT functionalities plus had it for a full week ( As the OP already mentioning being aware of other technologies to replicate the software such as BAS) .

 

At this point the questions are:

 

Is the accounts working and valid? Yes they are.

Was the accounts sold as a bundle to the tool? No they were not.

Was the accounts ever a condition for purchasing the BOT? No, and it was never mentioned by me or the user.

Is the Software working correctly? Yes.

Is the sotware doing what is advertised? Yes it is.

Does the software works with all accounts types? Yes it currently works with all types of accounts (All Access, Plus, Free).

1. Point is already wrong. You always mentioned that the bot works with PLUS and FULL ACCESS. You edited the announcement of your screenshot
2 days ago, when you realized you advertised it falsely. I bought the bot over a week ago and realized 3 days later that plus accs simply do NOT work with the bot, even tho you said so. Remember? “It doesn’t matter if you use plus or full access accounts with the bot and they bove pay the same rate”(That’s what he said to me). So its really suspicious that you now changed the announcement 2 days ago, when you finally realized it doesn’t support them. There is no use of the bot if the account supplier isn’t capable to deliever premium accs, like promised when buying the bot. How would it be possible have a use for this bot then.

2. Point, at the start you stated it would be limited to only 10 customers and changed it recently to 20. When I bought the bot, you told me, there would be only 3 spots left, and then you changed it to 20 after some time. You mentioned it also in General chat btw. This fact is irrelevant and I don’t know why you even mentioned it.

This term couldn’t be fulfilled(btw when I bought the accounts, I was told that they have premium accs in stock, but when I bought the bot they said that they don’t have any stock anymore, so I had to wait already for a few days for a not working stock).

3. Point is again false. I opened the ticket a few days ago and explained them that plus accounts aren’t supported on web, so that means that plus plans are just free accounts that show ads and can only skip 5 times.(Looks like I have to repeat myself again)
They didn’t know at that time that plus accounts aren’t premium accounts, so they told me that it was my fault that the bot didn’t worked. I then gave them access via anydesk, but without success as there was some issues. He wasn’t able to fix the problem. I then even gave them my server details and at that point I found the problem. He then said that they are working on it to let the bot support plus accounts, because the bot detected a plus account as free account and just skipped it. They still thought they would be able to fix it, but never did. The only thing that the bot supports now is free accounts, which doesn’t make sense because 1. They told me that iheart free accounts nearly pay nothing 2. They also mentioned that they do not want to add freemium support because its not worth it at the start.
So they just pushed the free update to make it look like they fixed something. I have already explained everything why it doesn’t make sense to use plus accounts above, so please refer to that.

I NEVER got the bot working(How if its not possible to use the bot with the accounts from the promised seller) and I complained about problems from the 2nd day. I always opened tickets but they kept closing my tickets without help or solving the problem. I had to ping them several times to get a dumb reply which clearly showed that they didn’t tested their bot enough. Why would I need a refund for a working bot? Doesn’t really make sense, I even offered that if its possible for them to replace the not working premium accounts with the right subscription plan everything is fine, but they said that this isn’t possible. So its just false advertised and there is no way to get the bot running with premium accounts.

5. Its hilarious that on every scam report against you, you write that everyone is partnered with Outlawz and just buys your bot to copy all functions? I really don’t understand why you would ever write something like that, because it doesn’t make any sense. The bot has the same functions like every other bot on the market (skip -feature, follow, like etc.) So what should I copy from your bot then??? Its just stupid to write that if someone doesn’t get your bot to work, that he has to be a guy from Outlawz.

I bought the bot with the term that Apptools offers also accounts for the bot, which 1. They didn’t know that the bot doesn’t support plus as they are frees and cant skip more than 5 times 2. Couldn’t be fulfilled as they are now(after buying) not offering it anymore. This just shows that there is no use of the bot for anyone.

8. Your scammer tag will be removed when the scam report is solved, why would you ask for removing it when there is an open scam report?
They already told me that they can refund the 1k accounts(60$), so I just need a refund for the bot now. I never was able to use the bot and complained from the 2nd day, so please don’t say I would make up excuses. 1. I edited the announcement to change the video demo link.  Secondly, i still mantain my sentece where Plus and All Access are paid. You continue to make your claim in which iheart does plays as free in web but you failed to provide relevant content and proofs of the case. 2. I never changed it, it was always 20 copies in the website, and it was a mistake as it was written at start there, but in announcements it was never changed and was always 10 copies.

 

 

You claim again the same thing that is mentioned in point 1., where your research is completly wrong. You are failing to provide any official documentation that proofs that Plus accounts are paid as free. That is nowhere specified in the destributor neither the official iheartradio site. So it means that you have no clue on what you are doing and researching. Even free accounts pay and they work on the software as of yesterday when you told me in the ticket you simply wanted a refund of the accounts.

You never bought the BOT as a bundle and you have no proof to sustain that claim as i don't, as of today a disclaimer is in the website and in announcements so it's clear that i do not sell any of thoose products and im not responsable for any sales..

 

It's up to @Lucas to decide if i am to refund you, and only then i will

As mentioned on discord, this is not about whether the plus accounts pay or not. This is about how the tool was initially offered, the fact that the transcript was deleted (never saved and ticket closed) so we have no way to determine you did not falsely advertise and therefore we have to assume the weakest link in the chain is the one telling the truth (much like it would be apples fault, if a mistake was made on their website, and not yours for not “doing research about the product”). In this case, him, as the weakest link, should receive a refund for the reasons aforementioned:
1) we cant know whether you falsely advertised, be it on the listing or on your server, or within the ticket.
2) you are not going to offer any type of guarantee for the payouts and therefore, claiming plus accounts are good for botting after allegedly claiming they do not work (as he says was mentioned on the deleted ticket) would constitute a risk to him. If he bots for a month and gets 10$ in payouts because the accounts are considered free on the website.. what then?
3) as i explained on discord, its your responsibility as the provider and the one who manages the transactions and chats, to save a copy of the transcript for any purpose that would benefit you, or your customer in the future. Its not your customers responsibility to save screenshots of everything you say, in case you deny having said that in the future. It would not be logical for me to demand evidence from somebody who obviously has none due to the fact that his ticket was managed and deleted by you prior to him opening this report.



As I told you on discord as well, its always the responsibility of the seller to save documentation of the chats, in case it’s needed in the future. It costs 10$ a month to pay for a premium ticket tool and it benefits you more than it does your customer.


A full refund should be given to him, as the claims you made cannot be verified. Obviously, access to the tool must be revoked as well.
