1) The lie in the story is, he actually messaged me between Discord & Telegram. I really fucked up on the fact that I cleared my chats.
2) I checked the original key and it was valid, I could not be bothered to create a dispute between the both of us and nonetheless provided a replacement. I am asking you to view this from my point of view please.
3) He originally asked for a refund. The problem I admit too is I should've took into consideration of not asking him again what he really wanted. I would've happily refunded but the fact he claimed the replacement and the two negative feedbacks will now have a huge affect on KeyBay.
I am not crying about the money, I could not careless. I stay customer obsessive. This was clearly a fault on both parts. You should see this from my POV. A buyer who not ONLY could not decide between a refund or replacement. Furthermore, leaving two negative feedbacks when we could've resolved it further if he did NOT claim the replacement key. I really do not want to leave this forum, because this is so unfair.
No, you are not asking me to see it from your point of view too, you are asking me to ignore evidence, which is the only thing I care about, and to tell him to fuck off, based on what you are saying and which is the exact opposite from what he's showing evidence of.
He came here with evidence he asked for a refund, he sent pictures showing your chats, where he asked for a refund because he bought a different key, and to which you replied ''ok'' and then provided a replacement ignoring his request.
And what gives a bad reputation to your store, is not the fact that you have a dispute which is being judged by me, it's the fact that you react poorly to it and decide to claim he cheated you when in reality, this was caused by your carelessness and this entire dispute would have been avoided if you had paid attention to what he said on discord (or actually spoke on a single platform to avoid mixups).
And again, he requested a refund, not a replacement, just because you say it, doesn't make it true. There's evidence he requested a refund through discord to which you replied with a replacement and then told him to fuck off because you already replaced it. Nowhere in that chat does it mention a refund.
It's your choice to cause this dispute because regardless of what he asked on telegram (which is impossible to verify now since you deleted the chat) if a customer comes and asks for a refund, and a replacement on a different platform, and you choose to replace, you give the replacement on the platform where he requested said replacement. You don't purposely go to the chat where he demanded a refund, and replace his key like that's what he wanted from the start.
