Yo guys, as uber eat is hard to refund cuz of numbers (all of them banned)
I'm trying to refund deliveroo for my personal use, but each time I do get a refund but in credits ...
How to avoid that ? Also I'm trying to contact the chat support but it's offline all the time

maybe that's just their policy, that every refund will be done in form of credits, i think you can't do anything about that

No, u have to tell them that u want ur refund in ur (paypal/credit card) and not credit by phone or email

they seem to always deny my refund for some reason. idk if its the method im using if someone could please DM me to help me out would be much appreciated
