User went offline and I said I'll wait until he gets on, When I approached user, he said this:

you dont give credit to someone who hasnt CONFIRMED PAID

 

so if people accidentally put the wrong amount, they automatically owe you that money?? Flawed

 

@Preaux please have a look at this aswell as we discussed earlier (sorry for tag)

 

The moral of the story is to not give credit to someone until they have PAID AND CONFIRMED

 

I'm more than happy for you to cancel the order and give my $12 credit back onsite where I can make another order, but you need to fix your systems at the end of the day

Its not my issue you processed it knowing fully well it wasnt paid nor was there a transaction going through

To be clear you said you processed it manually, this is not a bug.
You gave him the credits manually because you thought he was going to pay. I don’t know why you did this.

I think a 50% payment for this balance would be fair. He offered 10 credits instead. Would you accept that?
