Additional Information: (Anything you might find useful): I purchased Nitro and I was waiting to receive it, after a day the old owner left the server and sold it to someone without any method on how to do nitro. The current owner also left the server and now the server is gone.

@Lucas @C0SM0S Well i just saw this report, i have been working with a lot of things, and i was going to close this thread, i cant refund money that i never received, i can verify that my discord is MGodBlade#8639 and i never talked with him, i was going to close the thread because of an error, i left the server days ago.

Logically if you promote something, you are responsible for it. With your logic I can promote a product or service, then leave the server and get hundreds scammed with my rep. You made a post promoting and advertising a product which you advertised as your own too, and now you are saying you were not involved and that you just forgot to remove the thread?

@Lucas im saying that i was going to close the thread, but i forgot, i talked this the first day i opened the thread, you can talk with @Coronavac to confirm that i was going to close the thread the first day i opened.

I didnt received any payment because i never talked with him.

As i said before i was going to close the thread the first day but i forgot.

I never scammed anyone and i will never scam.

Despite that, you are still responsible for what you PROMOTE, even if you don’t personally SELL that product, even if you didn’t GET PAID, you still advertised that product, and this person joined the server and paid, based on your ADVERTISEMENT. When you directly promote something and you make somebody fall for a scam by doing so, you are liable for it.

@Lucas I NEVER SCAMMED ANYONE, I NEVER DO NOTHING THAT IS WRONG, i was going to close the thread the first day, but i forgot, as i said im working on many things and thats why i forgot, i didnt got anything from him because i never talked with him, he can be in the server and fake a fucking payment and say that it got termed and he can do nothing, he didnt provide nothing, just a simple payment, he didnt provide a fucking chat with my discord id,  but as i said before i left the server days ago, and i just saw that the payment is 26 of december. he can fake a payment and say that the server is termed, or he bought to another people that dmed him, i didnt received any payment from this guy because i nver talked with him

I think you are not reading my posts and this is getting old.

When you promote a service, by making a sales thread, by posting the discord server, or a shop link, you assume responsibility for what happens inside that server or from the purchases made from the shop.

You made a thread, posted pricing, posted a shop link, a discord server, where people could have joined, and purchased from the owner of that shop or server, and you are responsible for that.

With your logic, once again, I can create a thread offering people a product, I can link a shop, a discord server, owned by somebody else, and a week later when people fall for the scam, say I never got paid for that, and that the service is not related to me in any way. This is not allowed.

You are RESPONSIBLE financially for the choices you make and how you use your nulled profile. By advertising a service which turns out to be a scam, you are making yourself the perpetrator of the scam or at least, you are making yourself liable for what happens.

imagine this, im scammer, i enter to a server or not necessary, send a payment to another wallet from me, of course without verifying with pm, and open a scam report and say just got termed. is really simple.

You are leaving me speechless honestly, so in your mind, the fact that the server is deleted, is not evidence of anything, a server and shop you promoted for absolutely no reason and with absolutely no assurance of anything, which could have been a scam from the start, and you are demanding he shows evidence of chats (from a deleted discord) or else he’s LYING ABOUT BEING SCAMMED by a third party you advertised for?
Why don’t you ask the owner of the discord why he decided to delete the discord? Why don’t you ask him to refund OP?

It’s much easier for you to deny everything and accuse OP of trying to take advantage of you, when he has no reason whatsoever to take pictures of the chat before it’s deleted since he can’t possibly KNOW the server is a scam before they actually scam him.

If you are not going to find a solution for this, and you will continue to deny responsibility I will have no choice but to ban you.
