One non working .
he sent 13,91 , so approx 3.48 per one .
I only accepted 13.91 because he was a previous customer of mine .
But excuse me Lucas as much as i respect you bro how is this exactly fair for me to refund him ?? I already accepted refund he refused and opened a FULL chargeback even for other working accounts .
and almost got my paypal limited
and now i have to refund him ?

Edit , I dont even sell rp accounts anymore I only sold him rp account because he was previous customer

and i didnt calculate price per rp . If i calculated price per rp and inactivity then he would have paid x3 more than the current price

He asked for RP accounts and you told him the amount of RP. That was the base of your transaction. Nowhere was it mentioned that RP amount was random and that you were selling just the accounts without considering RP amounts within. Don't try to twist what happened because I've read the chatlog and it was always mentioned by him and by you that this deal was about the RP within the accounts and not the account itself. 

 

 

As for the refund, he should be refunded anyway, your argument is that you can get away with a scam when your customer loses a dispute on paypal against you when you were unresponsive or unwilling to provide a refund or a replacement and kept telling him to ''wait for restock'' like you dont know when or if you will be able to refund or replace. Your logic is wrong. You should have refunded him right away to avoid any further conflicts and disputes but you decided to stall and make him wait indefinitely.

 

 

And as I said the amount you wanted to refund is not the amount he should be refunded, he should be refunded the % of RP that account held regardless of how much you priced the accounts at. The accounts were sold on the basis of the RP contents and not ''as accounts only''.

.1 I told him if he can wait for me to restock and he accepted . he could have asked for refund back then
.2 its fishy as fuck to report the account non working after more than 24 hour have passed while he checked them all after i sent them . 
.3 After 10 days passed he requested a refund for the non working account which i accepted , he declined the price and directly opened a chargeback for >>>> FULL REFUND<<<  even for working account , not my problem if i won the chargeback he tried to fuck me up and its not fair at all for me.

.4 In chatlog i sent him capture of eune rp i had and asked for accounts with 2 k rp im not trying to twist anything , show me in chat log where i ever calculated the price based on anything ? I told him to offer me a price he said 15 i accepted because eune rp have no use for me nor i profit from them . if it was euw rp the price would have been much much higher.
so no i didnt sell them based on the rp If it was the price then would have been higher .
