Can be done, depends if it has to solve captcha etc the complexity of it. (Click has recaptchaV3 form or any other javascript challenge attached to it).
Some website have anti-bot detection. Not sure what you are looking for to get with the clicks.
If you need a human click the best approach would be a browser emulator.
