Something like that is going to be next to impossible to source in bulk.

 

The manufactures of these products have to research and develop exact matching color paint. And every car manufacturer releases new colors annually. The development and research cost the most. So it's in there best interest to sell the products themselves or to trusted brands to resell.

 

To get them the cheapest, I'd look on RockAuto.com. Look at their Clarence catalogs and you can find shit cheap. Every color is going to be specific to a car though.
