just talk to live chat and tell them your order was cancelled, they will tell you to try again and place an order in 30 minutes, if it doesnt work just keep repeating till it works.
I'm from venezuela and just did a first order on a new account using a visa card, to purchase a visa card.
You just gotta keep trying till it works.
