Need help in python selenium with xpath

I am trying to work in selenium with xpath and trying to get it to change something

I am trying to get it to change the second /div[1] value to plus with 1, so it will go /div[2] then change to /div[3] and so on, does anyone know how to achieve this? Help would greatly be appreciated
