this best works for smaller products, i.e. headphones. knock yourselves out.
1. Buy a serial number for the product you want (ex. QC35ii or 700NC)
2. Go to https://www.bose.com...uct_finder.html (United States) or the website for your respective country and type in the serial number.
3. Click yourself through and choose the replacement you want, for shipping you can put in your address because in my experience Bose doesn't bill.
4. You will get a confirmation email along with a prepaid label for you to ship the headphones back to Bose.
5. Find a FTID service or FTID them yourselves using opt. 2 or 3 (three recommended) and keep the tracking number written down somewhere
6. After 14 days contact them (calling them is the fastest way) and say you've sent back the headphones and they were delivered, yet you haven't received replacement yet.
7. They'll tell you to wait another couple of days max., act frustrated, email them again and you should get your replacement.
8. keep or resell
