Source? I mean it wouldn’t be unrealistic to file a police report on refunders but a court battle over an allegation of attempted fraud is a bit overkill

Bullshit.
They cant get you to court if you say you received an Empty Box.

The only thing what can happen is that you may did not use a drop adress and then they asked for a law affidavit and you signed it.

Since I used a drop and a fake name I should be safe since „another person“ is signing that law affidavit which doesnt even exist lol.

And how should they know about FTID?

someone I know attempted ftid opt 2 and got busted for it by nbb. if you really wanna dare, do ftid opt 3, otherwise find a different store to refund the item you want from

What happend after they busted him? I paid via Klarna through my main card but they still cant

bring me to legal issues if that "fake name" reports the problem and etc.

Ah okay smart man sorry didnt knew you are in my postion.

Ive got a Police report for Fraud due to doing EB, they even tell you when you call that they took pictures and cuz you say your package was NOT damaged they will not have to do a courier investigation. 
So there wont be anything else except them. Ive recieved 2 letters. 1 asking if i wanna state somehting and the 2nd one for the court, i can happly send you the 1st one but as you are such a smart guy you should already know that it never shows who is reportinhg you only approximate time and date.

you can also just ask other refunders about EB and NBB in July, cuz thats when they stopped giving you refunds if you say no damage to box.. 
And next time fucking ask and think beofre typing and telling me im telling bullshit.

for ftid i have only heard 1 getting fucked but its only due to them asking him to do a police report for stolen goods,. and after 2 montsh dhl replied to nbb showing the weight. so he revieved an call having to explain how the package was 23g instead of the 1.x kg. 

But it should work easly if you have the right wreight
