Additional Information: I first contacted him on sellix, and he ignored me. I've sent him screenshots of the account not working, but he said it's fine, just because he could login. The Azure account itself was disabled. The only time he replied to me was when I posted on the thread. If you look at his thread, he had issues created Azure accounts and after I purchased they all disappeared from his store, so he knows that his are not working properly.

 

He asked if I used a VPN, and was basically going to blame me for using one, or not using one. Regardless he wasn't going to take blame. If I used a VPN, he would say that's the problem, you have to use a phone IP, or a residential proxy. If I didn't use one, he said it's my fault for not using a VPN.

 

For reference, I used RDP servers, and am using another Azure account which I purchased from someone else which is working 100% Perfectly. I know how to use VPN's, and know that VPN's are not that reliable for certain activities. He admits the account did have a problem, but is putting the blame on me.

With that logic you are always right. Doesn’t work like that. If you want your customers to not misuse the accounts you can leave a guide on how to properly use them. Even if you did, an account not working minutes after being purchased could be anyone’s fault. In such cases the customer is favored and given the benefit of the doubt. Learn how to be a proper businessman if you want to keep using our forum to advertise your products. Refund him within 12 hours.

There's a thousand VPN companies, you don't even know what a VPN involves or what it includes. What's the reason to use a VPN? What kind of browser profiles does it fake? Where are the IP addresses from? Do you even know what location I should use with the VPN? Which VPN provider? Who said a VPN was the only or the best way to login to an account? I know how to use accounts, and thebarman is using the VPN as an excuse? Do you even know what a VPN does? Do you know where the VPN ip's are from?

 

You know the account does work, and you blame it on a VPN, when it was DOA. It let me login, the issue is you used bad credentials, and you stopped selling it on your sellix page, why? You use a VPN and your account will be toast for about a thousand different websites.

 

This VPN is a joke and an excuse. He's using the VPN as an excuse, as if they are better than all other IP's out there. BTW his sales thread never said use a VPN.
