They removed the option to withdraw.
Unless they changed something recently, you just contact support with your BTC addy and they send it there manually. They removed the auto withdrawal because of a guy who exploited the system

I last withdrawed on the 1st of October, but it was a substantially smaller amount, so I do trust you. Sad to hear that. GLWS
