Hey, That's the first time I try to refund somethings on amazon.
I use a 5 years old acc, with hundred orders on it (family account).
I order 3 items :
- 9$
- 140$
- 20$
And said That I didn't receive the 140$ one.
But the support instantly open investigation, What I have to do ?
Call back and say it's my family who grab it for me ?
Or continue to say after her investigation I didn't receive it ?
( I don't want to get ban :/ , not my account so.. )
