VPN over Port 80 or 443 should work as most schools tend to block all outbound ports except the ones required by necessary services.

how can I connect to a proxy ? or you know any VPN without admin rights ?

Don't think it would be possible to do this without Administrator privileges. You can try Windscribe VPN (using the protocol that connects over Port 80) or for chrome you can use Proxy SwitchyOmega extension to use chrome over a HTTP proxy.

It depends on the program's installer on whether it allowes you, the user, to define the installation path yourself (e.g Desktop) or if the installer has a fixed location it installs to, which then usually requires admin privilege.
