It depends. Sometimes nothing, but other times I’m in the mood for a giant breakfast with the works - eggs, bacon, pancakes, hash browns, etc. Most days I’m boring and just settle for oatmeal, though.

Oatmeal is my go to through winter. It's easy enough for me to throw together in the morning on my way to work or make in advance and then heat up when i get to the office. Plus all the fiber helps keep you healthy & regular. :D

Brocolli / Eggplant/Zucchini  you can use whichever you want, chop them , onions , however much you want.

Put it on a low fire on a frying pan till they become soft

Then Put shredded cheese over it

and then well mixed eggs ( if you use milk in eggs it will be fluffier)

let it cook for 3-4 mins and Viola

Pretty healthy and yummy

So what do you all like for breakfast?

Savory or sweet, or both?

Fruits? Veggies? A slab of meat smothered with more meat?

Do you go for the Ron Swanson or the Leslie Knope?

What about smoothies? Got any favorites?

I consider myself pretty well rounded, I like it all as long and a hot cup of coffee to go with.

Homegrown veggies with some pork and scrambled eggs and some country potatoes with onion and bell pepper.

Pancakes with chocolate chips topped with whip cream and some eggs and bacon on the side.

Or sometimes muffin or a ham and cheese croissant.

Definetly bacon egg and cheese on a bagel.
