.. in addition to my latest report of damage caused by carers, there is another thing that makes me feel at the end of my tether for the past two days. I'm not sure I want to admit it, but I can't discuss it with my o, who will be furious.

This is terrible - earlier this week I found something that I'm pretty sure is a bug. I know that some of the clients that this Agency serves are not quite at the top of the social ladder, and without pointing the finger, I can't think of any other way (at least, unlikely) for this to happen. It wasn't the fault of the carers - or the Agency in General - but it was bad enough when our cats, who are pet girls and have no contact with other animals, got sick with fleas shortly after we started working for this Agency. As I said, OU got mad at the time - it's scary to think what the reaction would be. The worst part is that even if we manage to get rid of them, we will just keep getting infected. As I said in a previous post, I don't dare raise this issue with the Agency because they are very good at defending themselves with nasty counter-accusations (no doubt having a lot of practice).

Sorry to bring this up here, but I can't think of anywhere else I can talk about it without making myself a social outcast. The bug is on its way to official identification ... I haven't slept since I found it.

I doubt anyone else has had this problem, but I'd like to hear your thoughts.

I think you should speak with this agency about to solve this problem. This is unpleasant and embarrassing to discuss, but you should not be silent. The place where they could get infected with bed bugs must be treated and  cleaned because it could happen to other people too. I also had to fight bed bugs once. I was resting at the hotel, and I found strange red dots on my body, which hurt. (I had to found the information how to treat this, some bed bug bite relief solution) I didn't realize it was bed bugs. But then when I realized immediately went to the administration. They offered me other room and the compensation.
