The argument behind this report is that the product is not as described, and largely buyers remorse. It has been established that @scamreportf has experienced user errors within our application, and is having difficulty getting the issue resolved on their own. This thread is opened not because the product is fraudulent, nor because the buyer feels they were cheated, but rather remorse for their purchase, and dissatisfaction with my service.
OneDash does not guarantee customer support. Any and all support that is given is out of good will. Please understand, that I am one, and there are many of you. It is the buyers responsibility to do their due-diligence and use our resources (demo, documentation, references ect…) to utilize the application to derive the desired results. When you purchased our product, you came to the agreement that you take this responsibility.
Out of pure sensitivity to your situation, rather than obligation, I have issues a refund for the product. Any and all 3rd party resources that you purchased with this product cannot be reimbursed, as there is no guarantee or return from the buyer, and do not hold relevance to the user-errors. This is final, and cannot be negotiated. If you are open to it, you can re-purchase the application, and I will be happy to personally assist you with any and all of your injuries.
As for @jiuice00, I would also be happy to attend to your inquiry. Though @Lucas please note, we need evidence of purchase to consider their testimony relevant in this report. Thank you for your understanding.

You cant support when the software that you are selling is not working ? Wtf are you saying.
I wont close any case if you don't return everything , your attribute to your customers is very bad and when someone ask for support you don't respond but you are 24/7 online at the forum to reply about the scam report.

when you sell a tool, you are required to provide support for it. No such thing as “selling with the agreement that customers will do their due diligence and fix errors they might find”.
if the tool doesn’t work, then you should either fix it or refund. If he purchased something along with the tool, then you either fix the tool so they can use what they purchased, or you refund them the entire payment (tool and additional product) you had the choice of either providing support or refunding him and you chose to refund him. If you had provided support and fixed the tool, you could have told him to keep the products he purchased as well. If the products were purchased solely to use the tool which doesn’t work and for which you refunded him, then it is common sense that you should refund him for the products as well.
