My nephew was going trough the samething as you. what i think that helped him was setting goals for himself and surrounding with good people that don't do drugs. You could go to a rehabilitation clinic a find help to stay clean.
i hope that you will stay clean for a long time my friend

Went through abusing drugs too at one point, extasy, weed, cocaine, LSD, - wrong people around me affected me.
Literally after my last LSD trip, was weird, my entire trip I was thinking about why am I doing this and why do I need this.
That last trip really helped me change, after that trip, everything was different and from the next day, I just quit, I still smoke weed daily, but that helps me.
I switched places, stopped contacting with the people I did all this with together, since thats what they did on daily too, and fuck man, trust me, I'm 10months sober(only weed) and I'm feeling better than ever.
All that other shit is not needed, drugs not cool.
Thats just a little bit of my story and my suggestion. Stay safe out there.

Aftercare is a significant part of cocaine rehab and detox, and this means that you should set up a plan for life in recovery. Relapses are most likely to happen when you don't have a supervisor or someone to keep an eye on you, and by someone I mean, not your parents, but someone from a rehab clinic like Abbeycare Foundation. My brother was a heroin addict for a long time, and he's been in recovery for a few years already. He had multiple relapses, but after we discovered this clinic, everything seems to be much better. You need psychological support and guidance because this addiction has deep roots.

Stay away from those friends who are doin it, trans ur addiction to something else, e.g. teach other languages, meditate etc... Remember that ppl who are around you are having some impact on u, soo.. fck them
Maybe some meetings? (like aa, na) get a mentor, and listen to him, that's the best way that I can help u man... I believe in u, u can DO IT :DD
