I want to buy a note ultra from amazon and use the DNA method, if successful, will amazon blacklist the phone or block imei? i have a 4 year old account.

They won't. But be aware that DNA is quite old and I don't think it still works. You might try EB.

DNA have and will have a good chance of success because the vulnerability of that method is the delivery guy doesn't care about the signature, Amazon delivery guys always put the box on the door, it's really rare that one of them wait for you.

Empty box have a good chance of success if the item is light.

in this case i will go for empty box because it have a better chance of success (item weight : 208 grams)
