was fresh acc? you maybe be linked with other amazon accs? Its strange EB works smooth.

The account was only about 1-2 weeks old with one previous order. To be honest, I think you might be right about my account being linked to other accounts because I've done 3 refunds to the same address before this.

Bypass it by saying you have covid  and try again but later in night (make sure in india it's night time)
