also never once did you decide to try to talk to me about the situation, all you decided to do was spam “pepi” and “fix rdp nigga” never once did you try to communicate to me or listen to what i was trying to say. also just leave everything else out of this scam report. as it is unrelated. if you wish to discuss it further on the nulled community, make a separate topic or something. just don’t talk about it here. unfortunately that’s not possible due to privacy reasons. I was trying to tell him to backup his items because the RDP was gonna get shut down, but i was ghosted. I’d be happy to give him a refund or a replacement. But can not reinstate his RDP.

Would you mind showing me where you warned him and he ignored your message? I need to see the message you sent him and I need to see whether the message would imply what you claim it did (that he had to quickly back up his files) or else he would lose everything.

i don’t have any screenshots because i would say it while he’s active in his public chat. the chat deleted after 24 hours.

That's not a proper way to inform your customer of a major critical matter such as this one, you didn't even inform him of something you were aware would happen and now you claim you are not responsible for it. It's more than obvious and common sense that if you plan on deleting his server and its contents, the least you can do is inform him so he can take proper actions such as backing his data up instead of sending messages where there would be no evidence of contacts as the chats were deleted every day.

But there was nothing else I could do as he was ghosting me in DMS, so i thought maybe he had me muted. which is why I pinged and reminded him in chat that he needs to back up his items as i saw he was actively talking to other users there. I understand how that’s a fault on my part, and i take responsibility for it.

He should be refunded in full and a new server given on top of that to make up for the potential damage. 

We can't know the value of the files he had at the time of the closure of his server but the only reason why they were lost is because the server was deleted without any formal warning.
