Additional Information: He was also reported to me about 2-3 other scams reported to me by my server members, 1 still unsolved, and 1 he did refund eventually. He was also apart of the scam 'botify.network', where nobody really knows who actually the exit scammer was. Him and another person were the members, where it looked like the other guy was the scammer, but it could well have been Text aka 70x. At one point in the chat, I had to get another of my server members to message him saying hello, to which he instantly replied amist my 30+ DM's spam, then once he replied to that, he replied to me asking why he ignored me, as he could tell I sent the other guy.

 

I've been speaking to a few other people about him, and he seems to be a massively impulsive liar, claiming to live in a LA Mansion, wanting to kill himself every other day and threatening to, but instead playing Minecraft 24/7. He claims to own a whole server datacentre, and a hosting company, making up to $800k/month, but asking me to borrow $1k, which I don't even have. 

 

After also speaking to someone else, I was informed, a while back, he became staff on a hosting provider, added himself 69696969696996 credits, tried accessing user servers and accounts, all which was logged. I can tell you that he did infact access my RDP a lot (at least what I saw when I was still connected and would be kicked out), to which I had to change the password. The hosting company then was nice and only demoted him, without further action https://i.imgur.com/bhIMBiY.png. 

 

The one unresolved scam report so far, is one of my members made him a VBA, to which he was promised "hundreds" or "thousands". Once he made it, he just wanted some food and some money to runaway with?   but he never sent any, the guy also owes someone $50, which is text's reasoning behind not paying him ANYTHING. Can give his contact details if requested, and further info on that incident.

So, firstly I’d like to start off saying that i have been trying to get in contact with you for the past few days about this issue, but you never replied. I would also like to know about the other scam reports as to how I wasn’t even informed about them. The ones that I was informed about me and you resolved in a timely and professional manner. I also don’t understand why your talking about other things unrelated to the scam report your posting about me. After your rdp died, you proceeded to spam me with the emoji “pepi” as a result. The hosting company clearly was a joke with the added credits, as I never spent them nor would I have spent them. Botify.network was an exit scam, when I realized it was an exit scam, i immediately left, after i left he proceeded to lie about me and how much money i owed him, and eventually, after showing multiple proofs of sending him the money, and negotiating, we eventually came to the conclusion that we were both in the wrong until we have further evidence to support our cases. Although i didn’t take any funds from botify.network unless he was offline. Also for all the people reading this shit, the owner was bhandix aka the kid who said “fuck you lucas” after a scam report was made on him kek. If you’d like a refund or anything of that sort please tell me in the scam report, as you never told me how we were going to proceed besides, “i’m making a scam report”. this issue was never attempted to be resolved on his end, and he only came to me spamming the emoji “pepi” after multiple days of him ghosting me and trying to talk to him. I messaged you over the span of 2 days, where both days you completely ignored me, even after the spam, you continued to ignore me. So I had soemone message you for me, to which you replied instantly, realised he was sent by me, then replied to me.

I don't know why or how you two came to the agreement of the deal, but you agreed to buy him airline tickets or something like it, as well as food. But even if there is a report on him, it doesn't null your end of the deal. So you'd still have to cancel the deal, or keep up your end, especially if he's already delivered the product. He told you once YOU started changing all the info, not to use Google Voice numbers, or change the details massively, as it could mess with the account. I have all the screenshots, and will happily provide them to any staff upon request. Also, in the screenshots, it seems to show you absolutely ghosting him for many hours or even full days at a time.

 

 

Also asking for 1k was a joke, which i always said immediately afterward, as i have no need for your money.

I'm assuming this 'no need for your money' is because you make like $800k+/month from your hosting company.

You had them saved because I kept losing them? Never once did I lose them, plus, they were pinned in the DM channel. No way I could've lost them, even if I did, they were also saved on external storage medias, and in the cloud. Even if you did save them, you shouldn't eb accessing it without my explicit permission, which never once did give. You even went on my RDP at one point, stopped a program I was running and started using a different one, as you thought it would be best for me. Which delayed a test of mine by another full day.

Never once did you try to contact me about my RDP being down. As showed in my first quote, I also explicitly gave you a deadline to get it all back online and working, to which you ignored. And by the use of 'sec', it makes it look like you would at least attempt to bring it back up. And if you own the servers as you say you do, shouldn't be hard.

We've called 3 times, twice you called me and I didn't answer, but was still typing to you. Once you called me and I did answer, just after getting the RDP really, just later on in the day.

The program I was using was not the one I was letting you use, but instead another I was testing for a Vouch Copy. Which you had no right to stop, interrupting my test.

You never once said anything about the RDP, but once again, let me emphasise the fact that when I told you it had been down for 2-3 days, you seemed surprised and wanted to check it out, then just ghosted.
