Additional Information: Contacted him and paid (22nd June 2020) > The specific monitors I want are on back-order then offered me different monitor which I refuse but I accepted his offer to retry (22nd July 2020) > I followed up on progress and told to wait because of the delay (22nd August 2020) > I requested refund and no response (6th September 2020) > Responded and will be refunded (9th September 2020) > Will refund today according to him (11th September 2020) > Still no refund or response (12th September 2020)

 

I have nothing against the guy, I just want my refund so I can pay on Amazon refund service instead. The process is just too long since June and I still patiently waited until now but unfortunately I don't want to waste anymore of my time on this. Reaching him on Discord now is hard, barely even had a reply since his customer volume increased. I don't want another monitor and retry, I just want to be refunded and that's all.

Hello @Slayheim, I work for Trico and I am very close to him on behalf of the behind the scenes and we get a lot of orders coming from this forums and also Discord and it seems to me when you ordered it "Lenovo" was having an issue with there products coming from overseas due to the pandemic that was happening but luckily they've reached out to us and said their orders are now coming in and being delivered to the clients. I've also noticed that you are wanting a refund and haven't received it yet so what I have done is messaged Trico my self to prioritize this for you and get you all helped out
