[HELP] Two items from amazon delivered a day apart, what SE should I do?

Background story info:

Went to go and purchase items off of amazon and one of my packages was delayed due to "extreme weather" (No fucking clue how this was even possible since its been picture perfect weather). 

Since it is labour day weekend, I was thinking of saying that I was at a friends cottage and came home to no packages. They were both left at door with no signature.

I know this is going to be extremely tough to pull off, and an investigation is extremely likely to occur if I don't execute it correctly... Hell, even if I do this flawless there still may be an investigation.
