Disabling parental controls?

Hello. I'm not even sure if this is the right section to post this in so please guide me if it's not .

Well, I'm asking this because my cousin's parents just found a porn site on his computer. They are religious nut-jobs so they want to put all sorts of parental controls on his computer (not the basic windows ones, actual programs like spector pro) he's 17 and getting fucked badly. 

He doesn't know much about computers other than to play online games and I wouldn't want him to find this site anyway (keep da cheats all for myself ) so I just offered to help him.

But seriously, any help would be appreciated. I've already thought of keyloggers and other things, but if it's a stealth program then it's tougher.

Your 'cousin', can log in ISP control center and kick then off WiFi, unlock sites, block sites. Just tell him to Google router number and search for default gateway.
