so i hacked a runescape account with woxy and changed the password to the registered email address as well and put it auth ot on it. my question is will the runescape account remain for me? or recovered by the owner?

As long as the account owner has proof that it's their account, they'll always be able to recover it.

i have a runescape account, i also hacked woxy with 1 year ago already and not got it back from the owner.
