Short Description of Product/Service : I paid for 168 subs to my twitch acc but he only delivered 39.

Additionnal infos : I opened a ticket on ReallyNiceGuy's discord server and GreedyNetwork took my order, then dm'ed me (he's a "staff member" on the said discord server). I paid for 168 subs ; We agreed on 5 subs per 2 days but I stopped at 39subs. Seller ghosted me and then tried to make me pay extra 80€ for a tool and refuses to refund the missing subs. Also threatens to "break my reputation". Keeps deleting every complain messages on the discord server.

@GreedyNetwork @ReallyNiceGuy you have 24 hours to refund him for the missing subs, your personal TOS are irrelevant in this case, the deal terms were broken when you had the delay and as such the buyer is entitled to back off the deal and get a refund for the part you haven’t fulfilled yet.
He doesn’t have to wait until the end of the month because as you said, your problems are none of his business and as such, they are your sole responsibility. He can’t be damaged by your inability to provide what he paid for.

Refund him for the missing subs up until this date, please. If you dont have funds to do it, ask for installments? Pay him back partially every few days?

as u saw the screenshots he is getting his subs so waht now? should i refund him and give him his subs too? lol? his subs are continued now out of my own pocket im not gonna send him "free" money bc he is now getting the subs and i already paid for them
