yo, i've ordered one item worth of 77 euro (220 grams), i opened a chat telling them that i got a eb, the guy said he's gonna forward me  to their specialists, so I closed the chat knowing that would get me into a investigation and opened another chat where I got the refund, but after some minutes I got a mail saying that they need to research and told me to wait 3 days

 

didn't got a confirmation about refund in mail, but I got the "confirmation" only in chat saying:

 

"Refund Total: EUR xx.xx

Funds will be credited to the customer’s original form(s) of payment and may take 3-5 business days to process.
Refund issued successfully."

 

I will get the refund or they are investigating for a fking 77 euro item? xD and what are the chances to keep gettin the refund even with the investigation

I've did that now xD waiting for their email so i can see what they will do

I would have just waited it looks like with that email the refund is successful its just processing.

It means it wasn't done on their end, they REP pretty much lied to you, will need to recall.
