You're doing a deal, let the guy send you the money and then go AFK?
I think you tried to pull a scam but didn't anticipate that he would respond to it by doing a chargeback right away.
That's just my opinion.

I would also like to add, even if his account is limited, which probably isn't true because he WON the dispute, he still has the option of refunding the money.

Also, I would like to add that he did the same to another guy for even more money and the guy still didn't receive the money, it's on his exchange thread.
Furthermore, he gave him a different paypal email meaning this guy makes fake paypal accounts and sends the money to his main account.
He's lying.

It's blatant from his exchange thread he was exit scamming the fact two different users had two different Paypal accounts, he suddenly goes AFK on them both and he hasn't been back online since you suggested he sends the funds to you. Hope to see a future dox for this scumbag.
