Please advise that you need to returned the defective unit first in order finalize the process for replacement of your G502 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Mouse! From here the request will go through a final approval process which can take up to 72 hours for review. Once it has been reviewed, you will receive an email from FEDEX which includes a pre-paid shipping label for return of the defective product to Logitech. Kindly print the shipping label and bring the defective device in any FEDEX store in your area providing the shipping label, you can use any box that could fit to it, and do not return any accessories that comes with it like charging cable. Once we receive it to our warehouse that is the time that we will be releasing the replacement device.
If for whatever reason you do not see an email from FEDEX within the next 72 hours, please check your Junk/Spam E-Mail folder. If you do not see it located there, please let us know and we will ensure that you receive your eLabel as soon as possible.

1. elabels altered by removing sender information or reference numbers will be deemed fraudulent
2. the elabel's barcode should be intact and readable
3. packages not containing the appropriate device will be deemed fraudulent
4. packages not containing the appropriate device will result in the disqualification of your account from any RMA for any product
