just open a paypal dispute and say that you sent the money to the wrong email and that you contacted the owner of the paypal account he said that he will not refund.
they should refund you
ill call them rn and they will fix it hopefully

just open a paypal dispute and say that you sent the money to the wrong email and that you contacted the owner of the paypal account he said that he will not refund.
they should refund you
