Hey man, are these ships giftable? Does the account owner still have access to the accounts?

Almost every account I sell has just giftable ships. If I list an account that has non giftable ships, it has ''(non giftable)'' in the name of the product.
Accounts I sell are inactive, therefore chance of owner restoring his ships is very low, but I can't guarantee it.
Remember to always change email first, then password of the account if you wish to gift the ships.
