Additional Information: I contacted him asking for a C# developper. I wanted him to code me a checker. He did me a checker which was not working well. It was bugging. It was checking for 10 seconds then the CPM was going to 0 and it was not working proxyless. I contacted him to fix that he said we would look into it within an hour then he disabled his online mode. He was avoiding my message saying that he would fix. When I told him that I would file a scam report if he was not refunding or fixing the program he banned me from his server.
