I've been waiting for some answers from mods, about my current ban appeal. I've made a ban appeal, wrote to mods, they saw my message and didn't answer. My ban appeal is only visible for mods and above, and it has already 30 views, and still no answers. I haven't got an answer for why they're watching my thread, but not reacting on it. So as a customer, I feel inhumiliated for not getting any answers on my thread, or atleast a PM why they can't do anything, or just something that can make me calm, while they investigate my ban. Because I can see some mods chilling in the shoutbox or answering other thread, while I'm here stuck with a banned account, which I've paid money for, and got banned after 2 days. I might have made something wrong that caused that ban, but I feel like I have the right to know what caused it. Like nobody will feel alright having money taken from them, and forget about it. As a student and working part time as hard as I can, while studying, it literally sucks to experience this. The only thing I want to know is, why when they see my PM and thread, they'll just ignore it. I just feel it isn't right, it's like paying for food, and not getting it. Would you just walk away from the restaurant, without knowing why you haven't received your food? I don't think so. A small explanation won't hurt anyone I guess, like it won't take you more than 30 seconds of your time, writing one small sentence.

if you post it here you only get banned...
you still dont read the rules so why should the modteam gibe you a second chance?

i dont know what you did but you wont get banned for nothing and vip status does not make you stand above the rules

Yeah, that's right. But how am I going to get support then? Since there isn't any other way than making a thread. It seems like PM's doesn't work.

I completely agree with you, VIP or not everyone should be treated the same. But I was expecting a warning before my ban, or just a small sentence what is going on with my thread. Maybe how long it does to take to get a reply etc. I must admit the first day was sooo confusing, I wasn't so familiar with the forum, so I was just exploring, and understanding the forum. I might have made a big offence, since it led to such a fast perm ban, after my second day.

- I mean if it takes time, I'm willing to wait. But staying here without an explanation can't make you calm, if you get me

1. Because only Oxide handle the VIP problems.
2. And since only he can check this, none from the STAFF team can help you.
3. Send a PM to Oxide and hope he read it.
4. And of course i send him a private message about your thread in "Ban Appeals" section, but no answer yet.
