Hey all, I'm trying to SE Amazon but they replied back and said I will need to fill out a police report..
The item is just under 3.5k.
Any recommendations?

we need more info, is it a refund and what method are you using(DNA, EB, FTID)?

I used the EB method. Would FTID be worth a try? Or just send it back?
