Additional Information:

We had a deal. He sends me data & I pay for the Spotify family owners that I get ($150 per 1k owners with invites)

I sent him $1000 which shouldve been my "balance"

He sent me 2 relatively good databases which gave me a good amount of hits. I got about 2k owners in total from them.

The other time he spammed me with data but it came out that like 95% of it was totally useless and bad

The communication always was shitty, but currently im not getting any replies for like 20 days.

The plan was to get owners worth $4500 a month, but I only got owners worth $300 in like 1,5 months.

So.. I paid $1000, got owners worth less than $300 and I would like to get my $700 which I end up with refunded.

The Telegram account where the agreements were made was actually hacked or someone got the textnow number which the account was made on

@DonaldJuji if you'd like to tell him what to edit / how to edit it in order to reach better results, you can do so. 
Otherwise a refund taking into consideration the amount of accounts he got from it and the price you used to trade them for should be given to him.

I did all possible edits on his tool which gave like 30% extra hits which are in the 2k
